Field Fashion’s recruitment activities are geared towards finding candidates to fill positions in the middle segment of the labour market. Our familiarity with the European fashion, luxury, sportgoods and lifestyle labour market allows us to serve our clients internationally and to provide our candidates with international career perspectives. We define middle management candidates as those candidates who have at least a higher professional education and five years of experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry.


After the intake interview, the client receives a commission contract describing the commission, the schedule and the agreed-upon conditions. Field Fashion then begins the search for a number of suitable candidates.

Selection : we evaluate the candidate’s suitability in detail, through behavioural interviews, a personality test and a reference check.


After the selection interviews with the client, the client and Field Fashion will choose the most suitable candidate for the position. The client and the candidate will then agree on the starting date and the terms of employment.

Evaluation & Coaching

Field Fashion will evaluate the recruitment process together with the client after a candidate has been selected. We can also make coaching arrangements at the request of the client and the new employee.
